Great co-workers, poor management and process - Anonymous employee Momentum Telecom Employee Review

Unfortunately, Momentum has no process or procedures for completing projects. It is often left up to the employee as to how work will be accomplished and prioritized. While this may appear to be a benefit, management is never sure what projects are priorities until last minute. Management will often hold meaningless company update calls. My trust in the CEO and management had diminished after what seemed to be a positive call about how well the company was performing. About two days later a massive layoff hit unexpectedly. Apparently everything was riding on one customer. This created a huge sense of distrust in my department.
