Pros
Benefits are great - Insurance available at a low cost or even free, depending on how much coverage you would like, and occasionally there is food brought in from local restaurants - although sometimes this allows the company to cut your lunch break in half - so insurance benefits are the only true pro of this company.
Cons
Low pay - Horrendous upkeep (dust, mold, ants, roaches, broken chairs, awful computers....) - cramped desks - sharing desks - underpaid, understaffed, and overworked - supervisors are generally not helpful - no loyalty to long-term employees - policies are never fully explained until you're on the chopping block
