Tips, free food sometimes, discount on food.
Cons
The owner/head chef takes tips illegally. Barely works. Gets drunk and eats most of the time while being in the building. Raises are uncommon, work goes unappreciated. Don't bother going above and beyond. They will do anything to take advantage of your labor and time. Sexual harassment is very common. No breaks. High turnover.
