Everything is kinda fly by night.Very disorganized and controlling. If your used to being in charge of a property you definitely will not enjoy your time with this company. Not only do you have little control over day to day operations but if something goes wrong it is somehow your fault.Everything is dictated from a level of bureaucracy set a level above the people who are actually running the property.Everything is done in-house in order to save every penny (which ofcourse means besides your normal labor you will be doing special projects dictated from the level above).Salaries are mediocre. So if your a property manager in title your position is more like am assistant manager. If your a assistant manager your more like a leasing agent. If you a maintenance manager your more like a tech ect ect.Unless ofcourse you get hired on to be one of said bureaucracy. Then its pretty much driving a company truck, drinking coffee, and making others do all the heavy lifting.
