Overall very happy with my experience at Monash College. I got a great salary and conditions and amazing experience on my CV. I also made some great friends and connections there which have helped me immeasurably since I left.
Cons
The type of work I was doing was fairly repetitive and due to the pace of work there was not much room for individual initiative. I was laid off (with my entire team) with only one week's notice which was a bit of a shock and many of us felt that we were like ghosts in the machine in that final week.
