Excellent directors whom have an excellent business acumen and track record of growing the Mondi group organically, the company has a very good academy offering training for all key employees.
Cons
Scunthorpe facility has an insidious middle management team who are destroying the business whilst filling their own pockets, they lack intelligence to drive the business forward.
