Pros
Diverse teams across a few different locations.
Cons
When push comes to shove, everything comes down to what the CEO feels like. He might welcome you and support you, but then he'll turn against you in a second. He gets himself involved in everything even when he has no clue, and his massive ego will get in the way of anything you try to do. You can work really hard away from him, but then he'll decide what you need to do and how. And if you don't like it, he'll get rid of you. The office politics are crazy. Everyone is afraid of everyone else, and you're constantly fighting against all of your colleagues, and the CEO will play on that. There's negative vibes everywhere and people are always talking behind each other's backs. At the end of the day, the CEO doesn't trust anyone but himself. And he has no problem yelling at managers and humiliating them in front of everyone else. you'll either suck up and give in to his ego, or you won't survive long. This is the worst company to work for - it's got all of the disadvantages of small, disorganized companies that are centered around an egotistical CEO, and large corporations that have no character or culture, and horrible office politics.
