Possible 3k bonus, 1k bonus, or $250 AMEX card when you close a certain amount of deals I graduated literally a year ago, and went through the inside sales training program for 6 months, then got promoted to account director. Now, 6 months later, I've closed 24 deals (placed 24 people) and my commission check will be near 6k every month for the rest of the year. Oh yeah, and that's on top of my base salary... Do the math ;) P.S: I'm 23 years old.
