*paid holidays *good job if you're fresh out of school or trying to figure out what you want to do with your life *young coworkers
Cons
*low pay *small office *management curses, like sailors...in training modules, on conferences calls..doesn't matter *high turnover, not too many people stay for long (always be weary of this at a company..it speaks volumes!) *no benefits until after 3 months, and then they don't pay for it..comes directly out of your check *no guarantee you'll get promoted after 3-6 months in entry-level program, could be longer *treat you as if you don't know anything about working full-time..prepare to be treat like a child * expected to make 80-100 calls a day, same for emails
