Lying top Management, no honesty about where you stand or where you are going. You will be manipulated then cast aside regardless of whether you are a top performer or not. Immature managers panic at every turn. No emotional integrity to be seen whatsoever. Sales is clearly performance based but you should not be expected to work around the clock while also being told how much the company values work life balance. The hypocrisy happens daily. Mondo does community events but cares nothing about the community as evidenced by their handling of Black Lives Matter. The President pads her pockets off the backs of everyone beneath her while whipping them like dogs. Everyone working at Mondo knows they have no voice and better do everything and anything mandated by Steph. She is the Donald Trump of Mondo. Great for her bad for everyone else.
