Pros
Literally the only pros are working remotely and commission (which is still significantly below industry standards)
Cons
Where to even begin 1. The micro management is absolutely insane, employees are treated like children and not given any freedom to actually do your job. I would have a day where I had 2 submittals and was still being asked about unimportant metrics like how many profiles I had clicked on. 2. Absolutely zero work life balance, expect texts at 9 pm , 6 am, on the weekends, while on PTO. Expect to be available at all hours of the day for absolutely unimportant things that could be handled by someone else. On the topic of PTO, you only get 10 days and then get shamed for wanting to use it, being told they really don’t like people using PTO in q1. 3. Commission structure is awful compared to 95% of companies out there, if you’re a top performer (as I am) you can make way more money somewhere else. 4. Management claims to care about work/life balance and burn out awareness but in reality they only care about numbers. I know multiple people who were asked to work from the hospital while a family member was sick. 5. Any legitimate questions about changes in policy is seen as “pushback” or “arguing” when in reality it’s simply questioning decisions that only make it harder for recruiters to do their jobs.
