      The creative is impeccable and the devs are very talented.

      Cons

      If the owner doesn't like you, you may as well quit day one. The company divides into two arenas, bro-culture and nerd-culture. Fit into one, and you're good. Don't fit into one, and you should quit day one. Don't like beer? You're fired. I'm not kidding.
