Pros

A great business model for a salesperson. In general, flexibility in working hours and control over how you run the day to day of your business. The new business model isn't necessarily bad, it's just not what most of the current franchisees signed up for. Someone new can do very well coming into the system-they will not be basing any decisions on the history of their business and old habits.

Cons

The new management has changed the structiure, so unfortunately we are seeing people not being able to make it in this business. Unreasonable price increases-they call it a "frozen carrot" instead of incentives for doing what they want. Most people buy a franchise to have some control over their own business with the support of the franchisor. This franchisor has changed the rules in the middle of the game for many franchisees.

Pros

The leadership truly cares, the team is supportive, and the work we do makes a real difference for local businesses. I’m proud to be part of a company that values growth, creativity, and community impact.

Cons

Fast-paced deadlines – Mailing schedules and client demands can create a high-paced work environment. Independent work style – Many roles require a high degree of self-motivation and time management, as they are often field-based or remote.
