Fun company, AWFUL management - Editor Money Map Press Employee Review

Naturally, we were disappointed to see a review like this. At least at first. The fact of the matter is that this reviewer experienced some of the hard truths about our business philosophies and culture. Let us explain... We have no qualms about letting people go quickly if we see that Money Map Press isn't the right place for them. When that happens, we're not going to hold them captive or prolong the inevitable. We believe it's better for all parties to move on. But how do we know who will sink and who will swim? Easy. People who raise their hand with hunger - not hesitation - will make it. People who ask smart questions and have something of their own to contribute will do more than just make it. Those who truly believe in our business and love to constantly innovate will have a job here for life. And yes, we love people who thrive on collaborating about ideas. We keep a very close-knit culture, which hasn't been easy to do given the growth we've experienced over the years. But we work really hard at it because we are stronger together.
