Deficient Management There is a consistent pattern of poor leadership, inadequate direction, and a failure operational Decisions made by certain members of the management team Workplace advancement and decision-making appear to be unduly influenced by personal relationships and internal politicking, rather than by merit, performance, or established company protocols Constantly makes excuses for incompetent staff Also Plays favorites and lets underperformers get away with everything

The owner of the company which is the bosses are good.

Bad management — they don’t even own the company, yet they act like they’re the owner. They manage the place terribly and lack basic skills like PowerPoint, PC knowledge, Excel, and even proper English. They keep selling dreams and false hope just to make people work harder. Be careful of JO if you work at the HQ — even HR doesn’t care about what’s going on.
