Good sales training and good salary

- Toxic people get promoted - Highly political, they say they are metric driven but in fact it is how much you can fudge the statistics. Weird how at the QBRs everyone has just the right amount of meetings. - Coachability as a concept has been distorted to justify a yes culture. - Treat sales reps like children ask for crazy KPIs and expect you to sacrifice your personal life. - No concern for retaining people. Sales people are considered disposable and no company culture exists. - cult culture CRO and his alums are known for creating toxic environments, look at reviews at appdynamics, fuze, bmc,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback; we respect your concerns and take them seriously. While we do have high expectations of all of our employees, we don’t expect that to come at the expense of one’s personal life. Our leadership team is invested in supporting rep work-life blend, and retaining top talent while helping reps avoid burnout is a top priority. We encourage reps to take regular PTO throughout the year, and throughout the pandemic, we hold wellness check-ins designed to focus purely on employee experience in and outside of work and have also provided several company-wide days off on top of regular company holidays and PTO. As a Sales team, we use real historical data from consistently successful salespeople to provide a roadmap that enables each individual to leverage their comp plan and understand how to achieve their personal and professional goals. We are a data company and we aim to leverage data and the “science” side of sales to allow each individual to analyze their own performance, identify personal and professional development opportunities, and truly drive their own business toward repeatable success. We do expect reps to invest in learning and implementing our sales process, and to be receptive to regular coaching and feedback designed to accelerate professional development. Reps also have the opportunity to become experts in their accounts and to drive deals forward autonomously. As a company, employee development and experience are among our top priorities. Pros

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Remote work and decent pay

Cons

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
