Pros
1) Great culture 2) Team is very collaborative 3) Huge investment on enablement tools 4) Great onboarding 5) Good outlook for career opportunities 6) Stocks options 7) Flexible work schedule and time off
Cons
1) Changes happen really fast and you have to keep a positive mindset because not everything is planned out 2) Compensation is decent but inconsistent. Some get an amazing territory when they join and make a lot of money, others are not so lucky. Management really needs to pull the breaks on hiring efforts and spend more time on territory planning to keep all the great talent they hired recently 3) Other growing pains are lack of communication between different parts of the organization
