      Not a need to have for most enterprises not already using it Poor commission structure related to consumption No leads (only ones would be personal DB use) Horrible leadership structure (dishonest, can't be trusted) Worst work/life balance of my career

      Pros

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Cons

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
