Pros

- I love the product - Remote work - Availability to go to the office when desired - Overall, the company is interested in your well-being - Work-Life balance

Cons

- The Customer Success business unit doesn't have the same promotion rhythm as other business units, and our role is also very impactful in the sales cycle. CS activities usually overlap with Sales activities, as the Account Executive is more of an Account Manager.

There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)
