Pros
• They will hold to their contracts, so whatever is in writing is what you'll get. • Pay is on time. • Corporate guidelines generally protect employees regarding work hours, leave and overtime.
Cons
• During hiring, I was told that the students are not ages 3 - 11, but there are 1.5 hour toddler classes so you may end up "teaching" a class of 2 year olds (or younger). • The class size limit does not include "trial students" so a class of 3 year olds that has a maximum of 8 students can actually be 12 students (every class, all day long).
