Pros
- flexible WFH policy - good people who care about the quality of their work - cool brands and projects
Cons
- pay is lower than regional average - extremely high work pressure - lots of people burning out, but company does nothing to change it. management does the bare minimum that it is legally required of them when you have a burn out, even as a long term employee - management doesn't listen to feedback (or they do, but never act on it) - little to no structure in way of working across project teams, even within departments - everyone is too busy to improve on the status quo, except for upper management who seem to reorganize the company every 3 years to no real improvements - company spending too much money buying up other companies yet still has constant raise/hiring freezes (except for the lucky few who are deemed worthy of one) - company constantly buying new companies and having no realistic plan on integrating them with MediaMonks - 100% focus on company growth and 0% on people - nepotism
