Everyone with Monogram is A+ Room to grow and be promoted Competitive and fun work environment GREAT training! Monogram really invests in their employees Monogram cares about everyone on the onsite teams

There is way too much pressure from upper management The property managers are pulling their hair out attempting to get everything done that is thrown at them There is not enough support for the onsite managers The pay is not equivalent to the workload - It's good but not great There is no allowance for clothing which is ridiculous considering that they want you to dress to the nines Below average discount for leasing professionals.
