I’m currently a SDR Team Lead at Monograph, and I can genuinely say that working under Ariane Hatfield (SDR Manager) has been one of the most meaningful and impactful chapters of my career.
When I joined Monograph as an SDR, I came in eager to learn, grow, and prove myself. But it was Ariane’s leadership that truly helped me step into my potential. She saw something in me before I fully saw it in myself. She gave me structure, poured into my development, and believed in me on days I didn’t even believe in myself.
Ariane leads with a rare blend of heart, grit, and strategy. She’s been in the trenches, and because of that, she just gets it. She understands the ups and downs of this journey, and she shows up every single day with intention, coaching, guiding, challenging, and celebrating you along the way. She built a culture where you feel safe to fail, supported to grow, and encouraged to bet on yourself.
