      Pros

      Work life balance and pto. Some of the nicest people to work with.

      Cons

      -So many layoffs and without notice. -There is also no growth as I was paid the same salary for 5 years and never offered a promotion. -Company is so far behind other job boards it’s comical that it’s still in business. -Technology is constantly breaking.
