Pros
A more relaxed and non-stressful job in terms of nurse related skill, need to be IV proficient as you are the last line for gaining access - everyone will turn to you, very routine task, if you like clerical work, this might be up your alley. I loved that when I left for the day, I didn't need to take my job home with me - its good for work-life balance; no required OT.
Cons
Management was poor, mass exodus of employees prior to my arriving to site, previous nurse quit after altercation with management, higher level management makes excuses for patient population's poor behavior and unprofessionalism. Pay was low. I was certainly low-balled and the job of course required more than what I was compensated for.
