No support from HR or leadership to supervisors and medical office assistants
Bullying from directors and practice manager
Scrutinized by directors and practice manager regarding workflows when they do not know front desk operations
No fair pay
Job description does not reflect the work you do as more is expected from you with no additional compensation
No growth opportunity/potential because HR states there is no funding available
No value or regard for employees
High turnover
No exit interviews
No follow up after proper 2 week notice of resignation
Does not follow employee handbook protocols that they have set in place
Will keep employees that have multiple complaints against them but do not care for the valuable employees that they have
No proper uniforms given, expected to purchase your own scrubs because they have been waiting over a year for new pairs
Poor communication between leadership and supervisors/medical office assistants
Considered a Montefiore facility but no access to internal job opportunities
Medical office assistants are assigned to a specific department but told to cover other departments due to low staff with no proper notice
Terrible insurance plan and dental with high deductibles and copays (can't have any services done at Taxter because of NPI issues)
VIP's valued more than their actual patients (has literally moved urgent patients to accomodate what they consider a VIP e.g. their own family members)
Providers mistreated and unheard
Multiple HIPAA violations (no proper protocol)
