Pros
Good discounts, lots of information available as an employee
Cons
Manager at my location treated me like garbage, after working in the same place for years. Pay "raise" going from minimum wage + commission pay (equaled out to around $14-15 an hour during peak season) to flat $12 an hour. I assumed all the roles of an assistant manager with none of the pay, opening the shop some days, handling warranty claims, repairing the majority of the bikes coming in. This company has zero room for advancement, and they don't care about if you make enough to have food on the table. They'd rather pay taxes on items that aren't worth anything than discount them heavily and get rid of them. I worked in this garbage company sometimes 7 days a week when I was needed, and we didn't have anyone to work because they wouldn't pay. The entire time I was there it was all white guys, except once they hired a POC part time for a little while
