      Pros

      Family owned and operated since 1971 and will stay in the family for the foreseeable future. Hard work but you will have fun doing it. Management is there when you need them but trust that you will get the job done. Many folks have been there for 10+ years. Great people to work with.

      Not much that I can think of.

      Pros

      You can advance quickly if you are good Pay Very little monotony in mill departments OT is voluntary but almost always available if you want it They will work with you to find a department you can succeed in.

      Cons

      Very fast paced with high production goals If you are good you will wear many hats Not climate controlled in summer Entry level pay is not great
