      Pros

      Great people, very friendly, they don't "throw people under the bus" Teamwork is part of the Moog culture. Plenty of opportunity to move to different roles and responsibilities within Moog.

      Cons

      No company contribution to Retirement Savings Plan for first year of employment. 401k company match is very small, 25% match of first 2% contributed. Must hold Stock Purchase Plan stock for 1 year after purchase.

      flexible paid vacation, pharmacy with great discounted otc meds , free bloodwork on site, paid volunteer time off, profit share, great 401k match, discounted stock share

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
