      Pros

      Flexible vacation, and management is very understanding with work/life balance. Love the culture of "it's not your/my problem, it's our problem."

      Cons

      Sometimes feel extremely siloed; each position has a lane to stay in, and sometimes can get over looked.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
