Pros
Good facilities - Close to the rail road, parking on site, meals, stocked kitchen, clean, no pets. Work - there is work to be done, and most people are coming to work and not coming to the office. Can see impact on the businness and your work is appriciated and rewarded. People - a big mix of seniority so a lot of people to learn from and mentor, most of the people are nice and friendly with a go get attitude.
Cons
- some people are only looking for ways how not to do something (managment as well), or trying to block you from doing your work because of processes/bureaucracy - managment is very, very, very, very secretive, not transperant and bad at comunicating - at first they claimed its because its a competetive field but after i got (repeatedly) news about the company before the official announcments i still think the field is competative, but i also belive managment are the only ones that belive that the secrets are kept inside.
