      You get to meet a lot of individuals that are very invested in the technology and want to excel at their tasks.

      Cons

      Being a company that is focused on cutting edge blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, I’d expect the company to operate with much more maturity.

      Zero Management and HR Skills. No HR handbook. No policies. No salary certificate or salary slips provided. Also employees being fired at random. No vision as CEO has nil experience managing a team. There seems to be no department. One man show (CEO) operating ExVillage Software Systems Prvt Ltd as MoonX based in Geneva. Just an average of 10 employees as turnover has been 50% +.
