Fast paced work environment with a high attention to detail. Work comes in waves. The waves can be stressful but soon calm and relax again.

Great team at Moonlight, everyone worked together to get the work done. Even the owner would come out to the production floor if we need a hand. She always was pleasant to me and helpful. She had catered lunches for us all the time. Fancy dinners at Christmas! all the managers were great to work for and so helpful.

Because of all the certifications the company has there were a lot of procedures to follow to make sure there were no mistakes, I wasn't used to that at my other jobs. We also had tight time lines but with managements help we always got things on time. I also couldn't have my cell phone in the building like other companies.
