No micromanagement and reports are completed via an app on your phone

Pay is not nearly enough for some all of the armed positions, unless you are an off duty officer. You literally start out at minimum wage. Schedule is week to week and you never know your off days. You will put thousands of miles on your personal vehicle. Also, they will guilt you into working overtime after you already put in 12-16 hour days.
