Pros
- Some good benefits and perks - Flexible with family needs - No mandatory office attendance
Cons
I initially joined with a positive impression, as things seemed promising at the start. However, it quickly became clear that the environment was unkind and unsupportive, with a toxic culture that was allowed to develop and persist. This atmosphere contributed to high turnover within the team, alongside consistently unachievable workloads, resulting in a poor work-life balance. There was a strong blame culture, where issues were often shifted onto individuals rather than addressed constructively. When concerns were raised, they were not meaningfully acknowledged or acted upon by senior leadership within the department. It often felt that team members were not genuinely listened to, making it difficult to see any real improvements or support being put in place. It became an intolerable team environment. Overall, it was a challenging and unsupportive workplace.
