Junior staff is great and everyone gets on very well.

The treatment towards staff is extremely poor. Have witnessed frequent physical assault and constant verbal abuse. Management are very sexist and have a clear issue towards women. Brought my issues with treatment to managers only to be told that’s the way the industry is and no businesses care about their employees emotions. Very very long hours without proper breaks, pay is only minimum wage for a very high effort and high stress job. Training systems are very poor and made very stressful. Any small mistake you will be punished for despite not being told when starting that it’s an issue. They do not like staff parking on site despite there being no other parking options for roughly 50 members of staff.

absolutely horrible place to work, staff coming in through the door crying before the shift started, witnessed verbal abuse, they will say this a sour employee review, but yet they all day the same thing….

Please don’t waste your time, it doesn’t look good on your CV and moor hall is known through the industry to have a VERY bad reputation towards its staff, turn over is very high
