I joined Moore Colson with the hopes for having a fulfilling career, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative. The firm's lack of diversity is glaringly apparent, with only two black employees in the entire tax department. The lack of representation encourages an environment where fitting in becomes a challenge for anyone who doesn't look like them. Moreover, speaking up about harassment from directors is met with retaliation, and creates a toxic culture that is filled with fear and silence. Leadership's inability to address these issues underscores their lack of training and management skills. Clique behavior is also widespread, making it difficult for newcomers to integrate and thrive within the company. It's disheartening to witness favoritism and exclusion overshadowing merit and collaboration. Overall, Moore Colson falls short in establishing an inclusive and supportive workplace. I would forewarn anyone that is considering employment here to weigh the potential consequences of joining a company with such toxic dynamics.
