The technology is cool and the people are competent. Exciting to be a part of the cutting edge technology. Exposure to some very cool customers.
Cons
People stretched way too thin, some odd whispering and politics, people getting fired on the spot without explanation in a really sketchy, hush hush way. Appearances MATTER presentation MATTERS. Better not have a messy desk or untucked shirt. They struggle to hire because they are looking for an ideal candidate: one who doesn't know his/her worth. Pay is low.
