Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience at Moove. We read and value all feedback, and your comments have been shared with the Senior Leadership Team. It’s great to hear that you found your colleagues at Moove supportive and friendly. Regarding meetings, we identified that this was the case for some Moovers in Q4. We have since made changes to the meeting cadence and improved the format of some meetings in order to make them more efficient. Further, we understand your feedback around the onboarding process and now have the expertise in the team to focus on this specifically. Finally, we are aware of the challenges around cost of living and salary in Nigeria and - like many organisations - are working hard to support our employees. Best wishes, Moove People Team

Pros

Besides having to work with technology (robotaxis)there isn’t much.

Cons

Upper management micromanages and is very toxic. AVOM and GM lie to you and make the job harder than it is. Just AWFUL!!! Benefits are expensive. You do not get any decent days off on your normal schedule to spend time with family. It’s a 24/7 operation so you work weekends and all the holidays. It takes an act of congress to take a day off and you don’t start accruing til after 90 days. Do not recommend!!! Retention is very low you will leave in under 12 months if that.
