      *Small company allows you more responsibility than you would have otherwise *Friendly, down to earth coworkers *great job experience for new graduates

      Cons

      *due to it being a start up company, resources and budget are scarce *expect to solve complex problems with very simple assays, this can be very frustrating at times

      Pros

      Social environment and you get to know almost everyone at the company. Management is nice and will listen to your problems. Often get your own projects-great for resume.

      Cons

      Terrible management structure: resembles a chaotic web rather than hierarchy. Need more operations managers as there are too many things to get done on that level but not enough bodies.
