Responsibilities are easy to maintain, tasks easy to complete, fast-paced.

Unfair pay practices, toxic work environment, raises and promotions are promised but never given, women are treated as “less than” and kept in supporting roles, lack of an HR department means that there’s no formal policies in place to protect employee rights, general conduct is often inappropriate in the workplace, favoritism runs rampant and directly effects performance evaluations, and the list goes on.
