Work culture is probably the worst you can ever find in corporate. there is so much micromanagjng, they will send you mails even for talking to colleagues. athe good reviews that you read here are from the current employees because guess what, they force their employees to write a good review. if you don't, they will nag you again n again on mail, face to face, everywhere. There is so much favoritsm, if you can't please the management and CEO, they'll be after your life in office. No learning at all. Give only 1 sick leave in a month. so if you fall sick, pls tell your health to get better in a day because they don't care. not even one day of wfh. even if you deliver high quality work at great speed, they'll still treat u like slaves because they think they r doing u a favor be giving salary. the only thing they apprect is someone who can say yes sir, yes sir... it's more like a big boss house than corporation.
