Rollercoaster, reactive environment - Administrative Professional Morgan Lewis Employee Review

Plenty - Attorneys are worked to the bone, absolutely no work/life balance. Expectations are set extremely high for admin professional but really nothing to back it up. Salary increases are meager even if you perform, bonuses are virtually non-existent. You become pigeon-holed into a position if you're good at what you do. As a result, morale among teams are at an all time low. Chances for moving up the ladder are possible if you know the right people and don't have an opinion. Plenty of turn-over. The firm is expanding too quickly and professionals are overwhelmed with work load.
