Pros
The compensation and employee perks are great. There is never a question when taking a sick or vacation day and coworkers, staff and attorneys are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. On site cafeteria with great food open for breakfast and lunch.
Cons
IT is behind the times and doesn't understand the needs of the attorneys and staff. They are out of touch with the business and are making no efforts to improve. There are no opportunities for career growth or improvement from within. Anyone looking to do more than a very narrow scope of work will be terribly bored.
