The benefits are decent; standard big law benefits.
Cons
Unhealthy and toxic. They don't want to hear your opinion. They expect you to fall in line - PERIOD. They promote their left-wing social agenda and email employees about it to no end. They unlawfully ask about vaccination status and are mandating the vaccine; terminating those who will not adhere to their authoritarian policy. The firm allows you to submit for religious and health care exemptions but they don't accept any of them. They don't care about good lawyers or employees until they are one foot out the door. Then they throw a bunch of money at them and tell them how valuable they are to the firm. Highly dysfunctional environment, and all-around poor culture that is felt from partners all the way down to the staff. High attrition due to lack of transparency, flawed policies, and terrible morale. Partners are disingenuous and the associates know it. Tons of "protection" for certain people depending on who they are aligned with. One untouchable gains access to highly-confidential managerial and staff information, but upper management has no idea!
