Pros
It's a job. You meet good frontline coworkers (strong emphasis on the "front line" part).
Cons
You know, against my better judgement, I still gave Morgan the benefit of the doubt. I ALWAYS check glass door first. I saw many reviews that stated go elsewhere but they fooled me and I gave in. This management company is money HUNGRY. Money STARVED; From staff and residents. And don't let them fool you too, they DO NOT care about you, your well being, or your mental health. If you're looking for work-life balance, I can promise you won't find it here. The sad thing is you cannot ever go to management for anything. They all stick together like some nasty high school clique and it's them against everybody else. I have never felt more under appreciated than I have here. It's literally disgusting. They always talk about "Resident Referral". Ha! I would never. I feel sorry for many of the residents (at some communities). I will say this: Not every community is the same, but with the same upper management, you're going to run into BS regardless. Unfortunately there is no way to tell prior to hiring, but site management will tell all that you need to know - I was not so lucky.
