Before Hathem Haydair became Dupty CEO, Nabil Takala CEO ran the company with respect for their employees and clients. He put the employees and clients first when making decisions and treated everyone very well. Which gave Morganti a great reputation throughout the market place. I loved working there before 2014 came about with the addition of Mr. Haydair.
Cons
Hathem Haydair has destroyed this company and its reputation in 2 very short years. Loss of many long term employees and clients due to treatment and performance. I can not believe CCC hasn't ousted him yet.
