1) Absolutely no time given to train on their policy and procedures to effectively run the community's needs 2) Zero accountability in the hierarchy that is supposed to be your support system 3) Zero support from HR when informing them of the unfair reason to terminate due to your coworker instigating a conversation that was simply that a conversation but twisting this as “gossiping” which occurred really fast after finding out I was pregnant - that was the most stupidest reason I have ever heard; I even asked the roaming superior as to what was said that was grounds for termination and he and my reporting manager didn’t have the respect to grant me this simple answer to my question - which to me shows what type of character these people carry on top of all the lack of support was really the straw that broke the camels back to it all 4) Several requests were made for upper management to train on their policies and procedures properly including how past collections should be handled as the ACM (myself) gets paid on collecting and since they never took the time to train me that was money I could never collect
