1) Laid back, have a lot of time to do what you want outside work 2) Management encourage people taking further education 3) Products are user-friendly and can be easily learnt
Cons
1) On the job training = Little training 2) Lack of sincerity while it comes to client facing 3) Rapid acquisition requires a longer time for each acquisition to fully integrate into the morningstar culture / products. 4) Relatively poorly paid jobs comparing to similar companies
