Independence to make all decisions High performance equals more money to better your property. Told I improved property by 2.3 million in 6 month. Quality control told district manager "tell her how important she is." Also, phone recording was used as company wide example on how to talk to a customer. Home office visit. Customers are family. They bring me joy.
Cons
Dishonesty of other employees who do not know how to do what they were hired to do, or did not want to do the work. Dishonesty of upper manager. Same person who praised you, turns against you when they discover who you are reporting for misjudgement or mishandling of stolen funds.
